No refunds will be made if we terminate your hosting or other services due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or any other violation of our Terms and
Conditions, except as may be provided therein. This does not affect your statutory rights.Credit on your account cannot be refunded and must be used for purchases
and renewals.
Some time we do make mistakes when registering a domain name. 99Software is not responsible for Wrong Entry of Domain name submitted by Yourselves.
So “No Refund” Policies for Buying transfer or renew your domain name.
There is no specific refund policy. 99Software offer a 15 day evaluation account ( order evaluation account info@99softltd.net ) that should be used to
evaluate and test the Services before purchasing. If you are not 100% satisfied after purchase we will change that server for 2 Times If then your issue
stand steel we will refund your 50% of payments.
We have a 3 days money back policy with following terms and conditions.
1. 100% of plan price will be refunded, if claimed within 3 work days of subscribing the plan.(Accepting our terms & condition )
2. No refund after 3 work days of subscribing the plan.
3. You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and still the Issue was not resolved.
4. Request for a refund will not be accepted if you face any hardware issues or internet issues on your computer after getting our service.
5. Request for a refund will not be accepted if you face any hacking issues by hackers. We will restore your previous backup data for free.

2. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the support to you. Our experience shows that most issues can be corrected as a result of close cooperation between you and the technician. Please listen carefully to the technician and follow the technician's instructions.
3. You understand and agree that 99 SOFTWARE shall under no circumstance be responsible for any lost or corrupted software or data*. 99 SOFTWARE strongly recommends that you at all times maintain a complete data backup and disaster recovery plan.
4. For you to submit a Plan Order, you must complete the Registration Process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by and required under the applicable Registration Form.
The 99 SOFTWARE Plans require at least a twelve month commitment and are only refundable within 7 days of subscription. Payment would be fully refunded if for any reason you are not wholly satisfied with the service, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. If you are still not satisfied with the service, we offer a money back policy as follows:
